I purchased this pen on clearance at K-Mart and I'm very pleased with it. It writes very dark and smooth, and is refillable with a standard Bic Gel refill. It has the same ink that is used in the Velocity, etc. The only problem I have with the ink is that it takes a very long time to dry and smudges easily. The clip also looks very cheap, and the pen is made in China. If you don't plan on highlighting and you have ample time to let it dry, this is a very good gel pen that I'd highly recommend. I recently went back to K-Mart and they no longer carry the pen. I believe it's been discontinued, but it is still available on Amazon.com as of the time of posting this review.
