The Pilot (P-700) Precise Gel Roller comes in fine (.7 mm) only. It comes in black, blue, red, purple and green with matching smoke design barrels with ribbed grip.

The "Patented Precise Needle Point Technology" has a great look to it. It's great for most users, but heavy handers and people who work with carbon copies should stay away from this one. While it looks good and is slightly thicker than the P-500, it is not very sturdy.

Pilot boasts smooth writing and smear-proof gel ink, but the smear-proof ink can stay wet for a moment after writing. Pilot also advertises acid-free and archival safe ink for this pen.
