The Pilot Razor Marker Pen is a great writer with a consistent, smooth ink flow. The barrels, matching the ink's colors, are flecked with tiny glitter that make the barrels stand out from others.

The Pilot Jetstream click pen is the closest to perfect that I have found. The smooth writing is astounding. The only trouble I've had with the .7 mm is when I got to the end of the supply, but one lasts about three months at work, and I write a lot of reports. The 1.0 mm can take a short stroke or two to start writing again, and the writing feels like a regular ball point, though the pen itself still feels great.

The Uni-ball Jetstream is the closest to perfect that I have found. The smooth writing is astounding. The only real trouble I've had with this pen is comedy. When most people first see it, they try to twist it until I get tired of laughing and pull the top off for them to use it.

The mainly plastic pen has a stainless steel tip with .8mm or .5mm tungsten carbide ball. the .5 has a black barrel while the .8 has a white barrel. The ink sometimes comes out a bit wider than the advertised width.

The tip is good, but if you drop it on the floor, the balance is likely to make it hit tip first and ruin the pen. Have some refills available if you're clumsy.
