I've had one of these in my room for who knows how long and it still works great. It looks very basic but it works without having to scribble to get the ink flow started. They're affordable at under $1/pen and they are very long lasting. They also make an ecologically friendly version called the "ECOlutions" but cost slightly more and have a clear barrel instead of the standard white barrel.
